Yes, we are licensed and insured. Side note: Insurance is up to 2 million.
Do you use employees or subcontractors?
We try to keep as much in-house. We have partners we work with on a regular basis, such as for shower glass or some mechanicals. On larger custom home builds, we have subs that we have worked with on many jobs. They know our expectations and work with us to provide an excellent product.
Where does the client select materials?
We work with multiple reps who work in showrooms. They can walk you through the selection process for aesthetic materials.
Do you have a showroom?
No, we work with our reps/designers who have a showroom.
Do you stay on the project from start to finish or jump around to different jobs?
We stay on the project from start to finish.
Scheduling?
We work on first-come, first serve. Once signed and approved, you are locked into the schedule.
How much experience do you have?
I am second-generation in building and remodeling. The team had decades of experience combined.
Payment terms?
Payments get divided and spread out through the project, including a down payment and final payment after completion.
